THE BTC Water OFFICE, WILL BE CLOSED
TO THE PUBLIC.
Each day during this COVID-19 crisis brings new challenges. As so many other companies have done, we are closing our office to the public to help prevent further transmission of the virus. At the same time, we will be allowing employees to work where possible. Without our dedicated staff, we can’t keep the water flowing, so their health and safety is our highest concern.
We will continue to answer phones and attempt to help customers in this manner until further notice- Office may be closed to public traffic but we can take payments through mail, or by dropping in the door slot at the office, via telephone with Visa, Master Card , Discover.
At this time, we will suspend further action on delinquent accounts. As always, we are committed to assisting members having difficulty paying their water bills and connecting them with the appropriate resources that can further assist them. We are stronger together, and we are at our best when we look out for those in need.

· Mail: Mail your payment to P.O. Box 40, Borden, IN 47106-0040
· Night Drop: The night drop located at BTC is still open for check payments. We do not advise that you put cash in this box.
