Attention BTC Water Customers

Bill Due Dates
Bills are always mailed out 1st business day of the month and the bill due date is the 15th of the month. You will incur a late charge if your bill is not paid by the 15th of the month. Non-payment of the bill within 15 days of the original due date will result in a $25.00 penalty for continuation of service. Non-payment of bill within 25 days of the due date will result in disconnection of service and full payment must be received in office plus any fees associated with the reconnection of service. Upon full payment of fees and account balance service will be restored.
Three  working days before you dig you should call Indiana Underground Plant Protection Service “Holey Moley” at 1-800-382-5544 or you can visit them at their website here.
The Board of Trustee’s for BTC Water, meet monthly on the 3rd Tuesday at 7:30PM at the BTC Water Office.
Please call the office 48 hours ahead of the meeting to be put on the agenda.
Problems & Emergencies
To report a problem or other emergency during working hours, just call our regular business phone number (812) 967-2226.
During normal business hours one of our office staff will be glad to personally assist you. When the office is closed please direct EMERGENCY calls to 812-948-5618 a professional call-center who will take your call. In the case of an emergency the call-center will page out our on-call crew for water main breaks. The call-center will take messages and relay that information to one of our on call personnel. Please be sure to give them the location of the suspected leak and a phone number in case our personnel need to contact you with questions. The after hours call-center, does not have access to your account records. To discuss your account, please call our office during normal business hours.
