When our office is closed, please call (812) 948-5618. This number connects you to our professional after-hours call center, which is available to receive emergency calls and service requests.
For emergencies such as water main breaks, leaks, or other urgent water service issues, the call center will immediately notify our on-call personnel. To help us respond as quickly as possible, please be prepared to provide:
- The location of the suspected leak or emergency
- A phone number where you can be reached
- A brief description of the issue
Please note that the after-hours call center does not have access to customer account information. For questions regarding billing, payments, account balances, or other account-related matters, please contact our office during normal business hours.
